Delete Vero+ data

Vero+ uses an anonymous Firebase account. You can permanently delete that account and Vero+-controlled data without contacting support.

Delete in the app

Open Vero+ and select You.
Under Your data, choose Delete my data.
Review the warning, type DELETE, and confirm.
Wait for the confirmation screen before closing the app.

If verified content is temporarily unavailable, the production unavailable screen still offers Delete my data when protected identity services are reachable.

What is deleted

the anonymous Firebase Authentication account;
home beach, feature limits, entitlement mirror, and app choices;
notification tokens and topic subscriptions;
local Vero+ preferences and saved itinerary on that device;
the RevenueCat subscriber profile associated with the anonymous UID.

Deleting data does not cancel store billing. Cancel an active subscription separately in Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Store transaction records remain controlled by Apple or Google.

If you cannot use the app

Email drew@mobilogical.com with “Vero+ data deletion request” in the subject. Because the account is anonymous, include the platform, approximate last-use date, and any support correspondence that can help us locate the correct record. Do not send passwords, full purchase receipts, or card information.

We acknowledge requests within 10 business days and aim to complete a verified request within 30 days. If we cannot reliably link an anonymous record to you, we will explain that limitation rather than delete another person’s data.
