Vero+ Terms of Use
These Terms govern use of the Vero+ mobile application and related services operated by Mobilogical LLC.
Accepting these Terms
By using Vero+, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 13 years old to use Vero+ on your own. A parent or guardian must supervise a younger person’s use.
What Vero+ provides
Vero+ presents a curated guide to local places, published events, estimated beach conditions, event-topic alerts, and AI-assisted day plans. Some features are free and others require a membership. Feature availability, sources, and membership benefits may change as the service evolves.
Sources, corrections, and local listings
Vero+ identifies source and freshness information where available. Inclusion is not an endorsement, guarantee, ranking, or promise that a business or event is open. Ownership classifications are informational and may be incomplete. Report a correction through Support; we may update or remove a record while it is reviewed.
Some place photographs and related attribution are provided on demand by Google Maps Platform. Google Maps content is identified in the app and links back to its source. Your use of that content is also subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms and the Google Privacy Policy.
AI-assisted plans
Planner responses are generated with automated systems from a limited catalog. Known stop identifiers are checked, but generated wording, timing, travel assumptions, and suitability can still be incomplete or wrong. Do not enter sensitive personal information. You are responsible for checking each stop, travel time, accessibility, cost, age restrictions, and safety before relying on a plan.
Membership and store billing
- The App Store or Google Play shows the final localized price, billing period, renewal terms, taxes, and any introductory offer for which the store determines you are eligible.
- A subscription automatically renews unless canceled through the applicable store before the store’s renewal deadline.
- Manage or cancel billing in your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting Vero+ data does not cancel billing.
- Refund requests and payment disputes are handled under the applicable store’s rules. Mobilogical does not receive your full card number.
- Restoring purchases may require the same store account used to buy the membership.
We will provide the ongoing membership features shown at purchase while a supported version of the service remains available. If material membership benefits change, store notice and remedies apply as required.
Your account and acceptable use
Vero+ creates an anonymous app account. You are responsible for access to your device and store account. You may not:
- interfere with, probe, overload, or bypass service protections;
- automate abusive requests or circumvent free or paid limits;
- use Vero+ to violate law or another person’s rights;
- copy, resell, or republish substantial app content without permission;
- misrepresent Vero+ output as an official safety or government notice.
Intellectual property and third-party services
Mobilogical and its licensors retain rights in the app, design, and original content. Local names, source material, maps, weather data, and linked pages may belong to third parties and remain subject to their terms. Google Maps place photographs remain Google Maps Platform content and are displayed with their supplied source and author attribution. Open-source software notices are available through the app where applicable.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, secure, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Vero+ when reasonably necessary. Production fails closed when verified content or protected services are unavailable: unverified listings will not silently replace live content and purchases will be disabled.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, Vero+ is provided “as is” and “as available.” Mobilogical disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Mobilogical is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, or for decisions based on changing local information, AI output, weather, water, traffic, or third-party services. Mobilogical’s total liability arising from Vero+ will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for Vero+ in the twelve months before the claim or US$25. This limit does not apply where prohibited by law.
Termination and deletion
You may stop using Vero+ at any time and may delete Vero+-controlled account data through You → Your data → Delete my data. Store billing must be canceled separately. We may restrict abusive or unlawful use, subject to applicable store and consumer-protection requirements.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer protections in your home jurisdiction continue to apply. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally.
